All tourists traveling to the Maldives must complete the online travel declaration – no earlier than 96 hours before departure to the Maldives. After completing it, the provided QR code must be saved in order to present it if necessary.
The declaration can be submitted on the official website of the immigration service: https://imuga.immigration.gov.mv/
The visa is issued upon entry.
To be granted a visa on arrival, travelers must present a booking confirmation from an officially registered resort in the Maldives.
